Norsk Renewables AS – New share capital registered

Stavanger, 29 April 2024. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Norsk Renewables AS (the "Company") on 05 April and 19 April 2024, regarding the subsequent offering of up to 23,200,000 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01, at a subscription price of NOK 0.30 per Offer Share (the "Subsequent Offering"), and the Company's stock exchange announcement made on 22 April 2024, where the Company announced that it had received valid subscriptions for, and would issue, a total of 12,385,143 Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 12,385,143 Offer Shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new share capital is NOK 2,091,057.04, divided into 209,105,704 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
