At Norsk Solar, we are committed to making responsible business decisions that create value, reduce emissions and contribute to the good of society.

Since the inception of Norsk Solar in 2017, sustainability has been the cornerstone of our business. We are dedicated to helping our customers achieve maximum of CO2 reduction with a zero harm to people, assets, environment and climate.

At Norsk Renewables, we have an unwavering focus on conducting business responsibly, with sustainability at the core of everything we do. Today, governments, businesses, and individuals are increasingly recognizing the urgent need to transition away from high-carbon fossil fuels. Our vision: “We give businesses and communities the power to grow sustainably by replacing 100% of their energy need with renewable power” is our leading star and is the proof that sustainability is at the heart of everything that we do and decide.

Being a vertically integrated power producer with an international reach our job is to plan, build, and operate assets following the directions of IFC PS (International Finance Corporation Performance Standards), ILO (International Labour Organization), and WB HSE (World Bank Group EHS guidelines). We have 100MW solar power in operation or under construction and a 1 GW-secured portfolio under development. This is in line with the company`s strategy as we strive to replace consumers` entire energy consumption with 100% renewable power by expanding our commercial offering to wind and storage projects. In other words – we are focusing on building a sustainable future, making the shift to renewable energy effortless. 

We are committed to making responsible business decisions that create value and protect the health and safety of our people. In addition, we take ownership to combat climate change and contribute to the good of society.

Our ESG (Environmental & Social Governance) performance is in the heart of everything we do, and we are developing a Climate Road Map to enable us to track Scope 1, 2 and 3 going forward.
